How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a sleep trial?

Yes! We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses and pillows. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will arrange a full refund and free return pickup.

How do I care for my Mellow Sleep products?

Most of our linens are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
